I’m currently a Year 2 student at NUS majoring in Industrial Design. I would describe my design style as direct, research-backed and most importantly, human-friendly.

- Led end-to-end user research on in-house workflows, contributing to improvements in team efficiency and collaboration.
- Contributed to the establishment of Program-level Design System by designing and building foundational reusable components (e.g. buttons, select fields).
- Designed and handed off GenAI-driven user flows for government agency tracks, ensuring usability and alignment with agency needs.

- Wrote a Product Requirements Document (PRD) from scratch, covering design mocks to commercialisation strategy
- Led and conducted
user research on the Creator Economy, synthesising insights into actionable product directions.
